GROBRO PTY LTD Shipping process is through our partner carrier company interparcel this is to give our customers the fairest price on the market. Shipping of LED lighting and /or nutrients could be the subject to additional fees based on freight company standard rates for small parcels. We do our best to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the time you purchase is made on our Secure Checkout page. Orders are processed & shipped within 2 business days (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm WAST). Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information, GROBRO PTY LTD cannot be held liable for late deliveries as we use a separate private freight company. We will, however, always work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
