Refund and Returns Policy

Standard Return Policy

At our core we believe you will be thrilled with the tools you purchase from GROBRO PTY LTD. That’s because the GROBRO PTY LTD team goes out of our way to ensure all our products are designed and engineered to give you and your plants what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expect it to be. If that happens, we want you to know what to do:

  • Order the wrong thing? Change your mind? No worries. For any new, unopened items simply return them in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Be sure to include your receipt or order information in the box. We ask that you cover return-shipping costs.
  • GROBRO PTD LTD do our very best, however if for some reason you receive the wrong item or is damaged, you can process a return within 30 days, and we will cover the shipping costs. Just head over to our contact page on our website send our team an email or call

 

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

When returning a product, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return.

When returning a product, with adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. If you do not have adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide photo or other suitable identification containing your full name, signature, and expiration date, so that your name and signature can be verified. The identification information you provide may be accessed by authorised GROBRO PTY LTD team members and authorised third parties for the purpose of fraud investigations and fraud protection activities. Information collected will be securely stored for a reasonable period and may be used for the purposes of research and analysis and may be disclosed to Government departments upon request, where required or authorised by law.

 

Refund

You should expect to see a full refund for returned items within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, this is the maximum time, we will do everything we can to get it back to you sooner. This estimated time includes the maximum transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
